The neighborhood
District 7 sits on the East 7th corridor at the edge of DTLA’s Arts District, a stretch of converted warehouses, creative offices, bars, and restaurants.
Curb space in the area is limited and governed by the usual downtown rules (metered hours, posted time limits, street cleaning), so budget extra time to park or plan on rideshare.
